This is Numero 2 in this little Thrift Store Guide series. And it is about vintage shops in the city I spent the most time in – except for my hometown Munich – UTRECHT.

Oh and if you haven’t seen it yet and are interested, check out the Munich Thrift Store Guide 2020 here

Utrecht is a beautiful, charming and vibrant city. And even though it is, obviously, much smaller than Munich it has some seriously cool Thrift Stores to offer.

So without further ado – here is your Utrecht Thrift Store Guide 2020: Enjoy & get thrifting!

Roxy’79 is a very tidy, aesthetic and charming vintage store for women. It places lots of value on good quality of clothes. You won’t see worn out second hand clothes at Roxy’97. Instead they carefully select all their beautiful  pieces, stemming back to the 60s. Oh, and they also sell lots of accessories like scarfs, bags, sunglasses and so on.

The girls that work there are so friendly and helpful. This is a delicious thrifting paradise and so worth a visit!

VIntage united

Last but not least  – a different vintage store: Vintage United is actually an online thrifting shop, selling designer and luxury fashion, situated in Utrecht.

So, if you are looking for some big brand pieces, but do not want to spend as much as the new ones would cost –  or you want to make a more sustainable choice: Vintage United is the place to look.
